TERMS OF SERVICE Ki & Ka is located at 149-A,Ground floor,Astalakshmi Nagar,14th Street,Alapakkam Chennai,TamilNadu-600116 ,operates on www.kindka.com , is an online fashion store. Customers can browse online and pick their Favourite fashion online easily. The products offered are intended for users under the legal age. The products are for household consumption and hence are sold in normal household quantities. The terms and conditions are valid at all terms for the business relationship between the business and the customers. Ki & Ka is available from Tuesday to Sunday .
USE of Ki & Ka
1. You indemnify Ki & Ka completely of any claim by third parties on first demand You give Ki & Ka all exclusive rights of use over time, space, and content, including transfer to a third party, which Ki & Ka requires for publishing and distribution, even in part, to kindka.com, by delivering the contents to Ki & Ka. Ki & Ka maintains the right to store or release content, as well as the right to cancel, reduce, modify, or rectify such content.
2. Any person purchasing goods for the purpose of resale and any other commercial purpose has been excluded from the purview of “consumer”. In case the user buys the product from any channel such as our company-owned website kindka.com or marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart or any other channel, he or she should seek permission from Ki & Ka for the use of the Ki & Ka products for commercial purposes. If the user does not fall under the definition of a ‘consumer’, he or she should seek permission from the authority of Ki & Ka for commercial use of Ki & Ka products, in case the products are used for reselling or used in YouTube channel, Instagram, Facebook, advertisements or using it to earn any form of compensation.
3. You may not use www.kindka.com outside the intended frame to disrupt or manipulate particular technical processes. Interventions with the intention to seek unjustified advantage to the detriment of Ki & Ka or other members will result in the immediate loss of the right to purchase on Ki & Ka and the revocation of the customer account as a consequence.
4. You are only permitted to register and use one membership account at a time. Multiple registrations will be deleted by Ki & Ka 5. In the password-protected area on www.kindka.com you can access your recently shipped and/or completed orders. In this area, you can also change, administer and save your own data and potential subscriptions of newsletters.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
1.For orders on www.kindka.com the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes and the final price (inclusive of taxes) are shown on the shopping cart page.
2. Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.
3.or returns of products Products will be returned only if there is some kind of damage in the Fabric. If there is another problem, the product shall not be returned.
Shipping Conditions
Product will be dispatched within 1 or 2 days from the date of payment
No returns/Exchange

Note: Products will be delivered within 3 working days from date of dispatch within Chennai
For parcels outside chennai will be delivered within 7 working days from date of dispatch(Sundays couriers companies are closed)
We exchange products if there are damaged(we normally do quality checking before posting on Instagram/displaying on store and also we do quality checking before sending couriers for each and every products)
Even after this if damage is there we would need package opening video without that no complaints will be entertained
Tracking id wont be given, we take 20-30 parcels per day it is very hard for us to send tracking id to each and every customer. You will receive the parcel within the specified days.
Payments
1. Ki & Ka provides the payment methods credit card, debit card and net banking payment . Ki & Ka reserves the right to exclude any payment methods for individual goods and to refer to the other payment methods.
2. Ki & Ka accepts various credit cards, e.g. Visa, American Express, Mastercard. Ki & Ka will charge the invoice to your credit card immediately after receipt and dispatch of the order.
DELIVERY
1. Delivery will only be provided to the shipping address provided by you.
2. Ki & Ka ships according to the delivery timelines provided for each product. We ensure that we ship as early as possible, but for some products, the timelines are longer due to the availability of products.
3. Ki & Ka does not assume any sourcing risk especially with reference to a purchase by description. Ki & Ka is only obliged to ship from existing stock or from stock ordered from suppliers.
4. In some cases Ki & Ka will ship from its own production.
5. In the event of force major, the shipment time may be extended within reason. Strikes, exclusions, official involvement, energy or resource shortages, shipping issues, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning, or any other unforeseen business obstacles for which Ki & Ka cannot be held liable are all examples of force major. Ki & Ka will notify you of the beginning and end points of any delivery delays as soon as possible.
6. Ki & Ka reserves the right to cancel the contract should delivery fail three times through the fault of the customer. Payments already made will be refunded or store credit will be given depending on the scenario.
7. Ki & Ka asks you to immediately inform the deliverer and Ki & Ka as soon as possible about obvious transport damage. Doing so has no influence on your warranty rights, but will help Ki & Ka to make its own claims against the supplier.
8. All shipping timeframes are calculated after we have confirmed your order. This is after we have phoned and verified the order from your end for Cash On Delivery orders. Within 72 hours, all order confirmations must be fulfilled. If the consumer does not confirm the purchase within this time frame, Ki & Ka has the option to cancel the order. 9. RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of the goods is transferred to the member upon full payment.
LIABILITIES
Ki & Ka is liable only for intent and gross negligence unless there are fraudulently concealed damages, damages for loss of life, limb or health or damage arising from any infringement of essential contractual obligations.
