Refund and Returns Policy GENERAL SCENARIO In any case once the payment is received there is no cancellation/return/exchange/refund provided. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Ki & Ka for re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY We do not have any returns or Exchange policy for all of our products. Incase if you have any doubts regarding your size kindly visit and try before buying.We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that You could contact us by email for specific cases and management reserves the right to take exception in special cases as mentioned below.
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within 3 days from the date of delivery.
REFUND POLICY There is no refund/exchange/return policy.
We do proper quality check before the product is sent. There might be 0.5% chance a minor damaged product might be sent.
If the product is damaged the time you receive it(Full parcel opening video is a must without cuts from starting till end)without this no complaints will be entertained, In this case refund will be provided within 7 working days. Product to be returned back to our address by the customer(we do not provide reverse pickups) as same as how you received it with original tags, unused, not washed and without any other further damage to the product.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING Ki & Ka is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping. However, all packages are insured; if your item is lost or damaged, please hold onto the item, with the original packaging, and mail us at kiandka0127@gmail.com.We will contact Courier Company on your behalf and file an insurance claim. Once courier company has approved and paid the claim to Ki & Ka we will forward the applicable amount to you (note: original insurance cost is not refundable).
